Active in the legal communities of Florida and New York, Mr. Boyers is the Chair of Florida Bar Grievance Committee “D” for the 11 th Judicial Circuit for Miami-Dade County, is a Board Member of the Dade County Bar Association (DCBA) and sits on its Civil Litigation Committee as well as the Civil Rights Committee of the Anti-Defamation League. He is a past President of the Miami Dade Justice Association (formerly the Dade County Trial Lawyers’ Association) and is a past Director of the Florida Justice Association and the Samantha Foundation (an organization devoted to child safety). He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association.
He is admitted to the state bars of Florida, New York and Connecticut and the federal bars of Florida and New York. He is a graduate of the Emory University School of Law located in Atlanta, Georgia.
